Are you a Food Business Operator (FBO) in the Philippines preparing for your License to Operate (LTO) application or renewal? Navigating strict regulatory requirements requires a comprehensive understanding of FDA food safety protocols.
This intensive, 18-hour online lecture and laboratory course is specifically designed to equip food business owners and their designated qualified personnel with the exact knowledge required by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Fully compliant with the updated DOH-FDA Administrative Order No. 2024-0015 (which repeals AO No. 2020-0017), this program ensures your establishment meets the highest standards of public health and regulatory compliance.
Course Overview & Core Modules
A successful FDA LTO application relies heavily on a proven, documented approach to hazard mitigation. Our FDA food safety training bridges the gap between theoretical science and daily operational realities through comprehensive modules:
-
Fundamentals of FDA Food Safety: Master the basics of preventing foodborne illnesses, mitigating cross-contamination, and identifying biological, chemical, and physical hazards in food processing.
-
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Learn to implement FDA-standard facility design, strict personal hygiene protocols, equipment sanitation, and safe manufacturing workflows.
-
Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP): Develop, execute, and document highly effective cleaning, sanitizing, and pest control programs tailored to your facility.
-
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP): Gain practical experience in the 7 principles of HACCP, identifying critical control points (CCPs), establishing critical limits, and maintaining the vital record-keeping systems required by FDA inspectors.
